Dry Contacts to Sensor Port

Add 1 or 5 dry contacts to an RJ45 sensor port 

on AKCP environmental monitoring appliances 

Dry contacts to sensor port add 1 or 5 dry-contact ports to one (RJ45) sensor port on sensorProbe1+ (SP1+) and sensorProbe2+ (SP2+) environmental monitoring appliances.

These dry-contact ports can be used to monitor any dry-contact inputs through an RJ45 sensor port.

Dry contacts to sensor port serve as a dry-contact sensor with an ALARM/NORMAL indication in the software.

Dry-contact sensors are user definable and can be used to detect many different inputs such as burglar alarm, UPS status, security systems, fire alarm, air conditioning status, etc.

Dry contacts to sensor port support SNMP interface for alarm/normal status. SNMP traps can be sent when the sensor is in a critical state. SNMP polling is possible via SNMP get.

Web browser interface is available. When an alarm condition is activated the description and location of the fault can be sent via an email or SNMP trap.
