V2RWSC-001: Extra 1 foot ropeWater yellow (sensing) cable

ropeWater sensor consist of two parts:
• Orange, non-sensing cable, and
• Yellow sensing cable.

IP66 rated waterproof connectors join the two sections of rope together.

With ropeWater sensor you can protect your essential equipment from potentially harmful water damage. Designed and manufactured by AKCP it forms an integral part of your solution for data center monitoring.

Lay these rope water sensors out around the perimeter of your room, or underneath aisles in your data center to give early warning of potential water leaks and avoid costly damage.

Ideal for use in basements and under false floors and roof spaces, the Rope Water sensor can cover a large area.

Combined with any of AKCP's environmental monitoring appliances, it will give you advance notice of any water leaks or flooding.

The sensor will retain its error condition until it is read via an SNMP get. Therefore if the sensor encounters a critical condition at anytime it will report that condition before it returns to a normal state.
