AKCP's siren and strobe light provides an audible and visual alarm when a sensor is in a critical state.

Mount on the wall of a control room or security office and activate when a security breach occurs, for example.

AKCP's siren and strobe can also be used as part of a control system, to alarm when a machine is turning on or off, giving warning of danger to employees, as well as for security purposes.

In the data center, mount an AKCP's siren and strobe on top of each cabinet, and alarm when a cabinet is in a critical state, alerting nearby technicians, and allowing them to easily locate the problematic cabinet by the flashing strobe light.

The combined strobe light and siren can add eye-catching audio visual alarms to the sensorProbe and securityProbe series base environmental monitoring appliance units. When triggered, the siren generates a loud alarm accompanied with a bright flashing strobe light, giving a clear alert of an alarm condition.

Powered by the base environmental monitoring appliance unit, with no additional power required, it's perfectly suited for use in mission critical situations. The siren and strobe can be triggered by another sensors status, or controlled manually via the web interface or using it's own SNMP OID.
