Monitoring for developing smoke is an essential aspect in the security and safety of any facility. AKCP has designed a smoke sensor specifically for use with its sensorProbe and securityProbe environment monitoring appliances. These smoke detectors are easy to install and configure and can be used in conjunction with all other of AKCP's alerting features.

Protect your facilities and infrastructure from fire with the AKCP smoke detector. Connect the sensor to any AKCP environment monitoring appliance base unit, either to an intelligent
sensor port, or to a dry contact connection, and it forms a network based smoke detection and warning system.

With mapping features of AKCess Pro Server, you can see which alarm is critical at a glance, and monitor all your smoke detectors from a single user interface.

Optionally, you can connect the sensor to both your fire alarm panel such as centralized FDAS alarm system and the AKCP environment monitoring appliance base unit by using the dry contact connection for your alarm panel and the intelligent sensor port connection to AKCP environment monitoring appliance, simultaneously.
