SmartAVI's USB2FX extends standard USB (Universal Serial Bus) 2.0 signals for security, digital signage, and recording environments.

USB2СX supports all USB 2.0 high-speed devices, from keyboards to digital cameras, and will operate on Windows^®, Mac^® and Linux^® operating systems.

An integrated four-port hub allows for multiple devices to be connected at once on the extended end. Additional USB hubs can be added, increasing the number of devices that can be plugged into USB2СX Receiver.

For greater extension range and flexibility, USB2FX incorporates an SFP module port (not included). This creates the potential for a single-mode extension range up to 6.2 miles (10 km) or a multimode range up to 1524 feet (500 m) with a single fiber cable. 

Additionally, USB2FX extender supports single- or multimode operation with a hot-swappable SFP transceiver. This compact module allows you to reconfigure your network without taking anything offline.
