The Vertiv™ Avocent^® brand provides IT solutions for commercial KVMs, advanced serial consoles (ACS) with or without cellular capabilities for out-of-band management (OOBM), DSView remote centralized management software, high performance KVM for broadcasting, sports venues and post production and local rack access (LRA) trays for access at the rack without the need for crash carts.

Vertiv Avocent KVMs provide users with flexibility with three options:
• Standard desktop KVM
• Desktop matrix KVM for multi-tasking with up to 8 computers
• Desktop multi-viewer KVM for viewing up to 16 computers on two displays

The Vertiv Avocent high performance KVM (HMX) is IP based and offers solutions that provides pixel perfect video with zero lag time. Through the use of the optional zero-U dongle, distance limitations have been removed with no compromise to quality.
